Client registration flow
When you send a proposal, the client receives an invitation to create a portal account. They click the link in the email, set a password, and gain access to their personal dashboard. If a client already has an account, the new proposal appears automatically.
What clients see
Inside the portal, clients see a dashboard listing all proposals and invoices you've shared with them. Each entry shows the title, date, status, and total amount. Clients can open any proposal to review it, accept or decline, download the PDF, and view invoices β all from one place.
Managing client access
In your CueQuote dashboard, go to Clients and select a client to see their portal status. You can resend the invitation, reset their password, or revoke access entirely. Revoking access disables their login immediately β they can no longer view proposals or invoices until you restore access.
